DESTINY DANCE STUDIO POLICY
Registration & Tuition Policy: Registration fee and the first month’s tuition are due upon enrollment.
Registration fee is non-refundable and reserves your child’s place in a class of limited size.
Payments may be made by cash, check or charge (Visa, Mastercard or American Express).
Tuition is due on the 1st of every month.
Late fees are charged after the 5th of each month.
Registration & Tuition payments are non-refundable.
Students attending any classes during the month will be charged one full month of tuition.
Monthly tuition is charged until the studio has received a written request of cancellation.
Attendance: Regular attendance is vital to student progress and group choreography. Please make every effort to attend each class. Students may make up missed classes until April 1st.
Lost & Found: All items that are left at DDS will be placed in our lost and found basket located at the Front Desk. Please check the lost and found basket regularly as all lost and found items are donated to Goodwill each month.
Communications: At DDS we go to great length to keep you informed and up to date.

Withdrawal/Cancellations: A 2 week written notice must be given to Denise Harper (Owner of DDS) in person in order to discontinue any further payments.
Inclement Weather Policy: In the event of inclement weather, a message will be left on the DDS studio voicemail. All inclement weather updates will be posted on our website, and an email will be sent as well. Please note that we do not necessarily follow school closings as roads are often cleared by the time studio classes begin. Any cancelled classes may be made up on your own time from our regular schedule of classes.
